Well, I'm not gonna give you a lecture about education or any more hints. This is an urban cache, much like the Capitalist Cache. The cache is in a small pint can, so leave something small. The reason for the difficulty is that this is in a very high traffic area (but not on the weekends) and there is ample parking nearby. I doubt that this cache will last too long (depending on how ASU's groundskeepers are!) Also, please make sure the lid is on tight, not sure how deep they irrigate. This is my first cache I've hidden, many more to follow.
